Currently 1-2" here, depending on if I measure the (uncompacted) snow on patio, or on the table.

I did clear the drive this morning, but its covered again now.

snow,had snow all day,home,leicester,m1,milton keynes and guess what yes snow when i got home at 1pm,and its still snowing  >:(

Chris , Omega is better with winter tyres but whatever you use its a rwd .. and it has its disadvantages..
 
an lsd will be very useful in case you are stuck and a relatively cheap kumho KW19 (very noisy) will be my recommendation..
 
I solved the problem with a fwd shopping trolley..
 
ps: when you are stuck traction control creates extra problem so it must be off..

Nope. No snow here. Nice blue skies, so a light frost each night and daytime temps of 9 to 13 Deg C.

I don't recommend Ovation tyres as fitted to my bus. Slightest bit of damp/ice and they have less traction than a bungy jumper.
