The only trouble with it is the constant switching from days to nights... Never mind... I don't complain when the money goes in the bank every week!!

I have a great boss who allows us to take both German and UK bank holidays! Last week was a 3 day week (sweet!) this week is 4 day and the week after is again a 3 day week!

3 day week for me. Had an extra days holiday yesterday.

Generally only work a 4 day week now on this contract.        
The govenment Better Homes Programme. Have to Fit 2 kitchens a week. Mon - Thursday and then Friday off. Lovely !

Working in my home town- late start 8-30  early finish 3-30 ish -- no travelling --it's heaven compared to when i used to travel everyday to London.

The company loves it.

So,

It finishes at the end of the month!

The rather union have decided......who knows, they wont give us a straight answer.

Unions, what do they do exactly, apart from giving us the runaround?
