Can anybody let me know how the fuel pipes are connected where they come into the engine compartment from the OSN wheel arch?

they connect to the inlet manifold, under the plenum.

In feed is 19mm, outbound is 17mm i think  :y

This was for my LPG, this shows the fuel lines from the tank into the engine bay, its a solid plastic pipe I think, with some heatshield protection at the end.

OK, reason for asking is that where the fuel pipes enter the engine compartment they are showing signs of rust.
what if anything can I do?
