Why did she run off?

She knew how the Russian official would behave in similar situation , certainly if she had no money to persuade cops she would be the agressor. I have some negative experience with officials in the neighbour Ukraine based of which say the aboves. All the post-soviet countries suffer with this sad phenomenon.

Also, he gently lets the phone slide out of his hand onto the floor before cradling his face and writhing about apparently in agony.
Entertaining, but set-up for defo.

I see realistic in the light of my personal experiencies. Take one more glance as the girl kick the small balls with full power and the last kick was so strong that she flew back to the wall more steps far. Seems spontanous for me.

I doubt it's a set-up as it would require collusion between the "actors" and the Russian Metro (as owners of the cctv) and I think it is unlikely they would want their system to be shown round the world in a bad light.

This is Russia and you cannot expect people to react that same way as they would in London.

That said, I have no proof it wasn't a set-up.

That 'fight' and the 'writhing about in agony' is classic Saturday afternoon wrestling on 'ITV World of Sport'. 

I saw it first a few days ago and admittedly I initially thought 'Weren't expecting that now, were you matey', but after watching it again things something didn't seem right, so I watched it again and noticed the tell-tale bits. 
It's very well done, but I say it's set-up.
