Almost received all the bits required to do this  :y

Just one question is removing fuse 18 (20amps yellow) a good idea while the engine is running to help depressurise the fuel pressure as suggested below  ?

Went for this filter in the end £5.40 delivered, It's now gone up to £7.92  :o :y

Why not just quote the query, rather than a frakkin screendump. Some of us are on a piece of wet string, and paying per Mb  ???

Personally I've never bothered to depressurise fuel lines. Either way, you'll get a face full of petrol.

Probably best to change when the tank is fairly empty then  :-\

Yep.

....and buy your fuel filters from GM as your highly likely to receive a headlight for a Sherpa Van instead of the item you wanted from ECP.

Makes no difference. Its the contents of the fuel line you'll get, not the contents of the tank.

Aye got loads of wasps around here recently specially around the bins.

I don't smoke myself never liked it only tried one many many moons ago never tried one since.

Hopefully the tools will be here tomorrow  :y

Don't know why I'm changing it to be honest I normally go with the "don't fix something that ain't broken" approach  :-\

Heat and bend a cheap pair of long nose pliers so that the tips meet in a claw. Takes five minutes and works a treat :y
