Took delivery of it in Nov/2012.
Had a call from Lookers yesterday to remind me it was due for it's annual service, which according to their records would be a major service £298 including parts and lubricants

I could do with the book stamped as it's still under warranty.
Got the service book out to see exactly what they did prior to me taking delivery.
The book reads as follows:-
The work is marked with yes or noYes = was exchanged or replaced
No - no exchange necessary.
Yes - Battery (key)
Yes - Pollen filter
Yes - Air cleaner element
Yes - Ribbed Belt
Yes - Toothed belt
Yes - Fuel filter
Yes - Transmission fluid
Yes - Brake fluid
Yes - Tyre repair kit (car doesn't have one)
Yes - Brake pads front/rear
Yes - Spark plugs (it's a diesel)
Yes - Coolant
Which means to me all the major work has been carried out, but I bet it wasn't.
Just wondering what my approach should be to Lookers?
Any thoughts please?
