Have just changed thermostat; now no heat in cabin
« on: 17 November 2013, 16:10:47 »

OE03EWW 3.2 petrol manual saloon
I have just changed the thermostat. On refilling with coolant and starting engine, there is no heat in the cabin. Have set climate controls to HI both sides, but no heat comes out. The vacuum line to HBV is still attached. Do I need to bleed something?

Thank you gentlemen. I discovered the top hose was cold until I burped it, then it got hot, and so did the cabin.

Did similar when flushing matrix, revs with cap off, squeezing pipes, soon hot again :)
