So about £60 a week on depreciation then on your Daewoo which cost £10,000. £500 for an Omega £1000 to LPG it, so you have about the same fuel running costs and no depreciation, thus £8,500 in your pocket for a rainy day.

Everybody on here sell your Omega and get yourself an inferior Daewoo you know it makes sense.  :o :o :o :o :D :D :D :D

You're missing one vital point. I don't want to drive a 11-15 year old barge, OK?
Maybe when I'm 75 or 80.

Good point, personal choice.

And on reflection it is better that you use the money on something substantial rather than regular outgoings in fees to your accountants.  :y :y :y :y

Your turf accountants.  :P :P :P :P ;D ;D ;D ;D
