Once had real problems with Abbey National that was, which ended up with them refunding £2K of bank charges. I stayed with them though and through to the change to Santander.

However my current 123 Santander account I have no problems with, as for a charge of just £2 per month they are actually paying me interest on my balance, plus cash back on all my direct debit paid bills!

Lovely jubley!! ;D ;D ;D :y :y

Woo, loaded as well Lizzie? Watch it, Opti will be round. ;) ;D

I am ready for that Chris, as he already thinks I own most of Kent! ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;)

You'd make a fine couple as he owns Lincolnshire!!  8)  A new dynasty in the making?!  :y

We banked with and still bank our UK millions with Nationwide BS. I cannot understand why most people do not. All most strange.

I would expect it to be a drop in the ocean compared to the expenditure by the big four. Fred the Shred's pension for one but hey I might be wrong. They don't have to make a dividend to pay shareholders for one.
