Cheddar is a b*gg*r of a place to park in -- especially when full of grockles !!!  But to go for the shopkeeper is -- let's say "unjust" at the very least !

What really bugs me about all this "renaming" of jobs is years ago to be called an Engineer or Technician really meant something. Today everybody, whatever their "real" job" tends to be classed as some sort of engineer or technician. I did an apprenticeship for 4 years and studied at college for 5 years to get my City & Guilds and supliments in Engineering. For a dustman to be called an "engineer" i tend to find insulting to me, and all the other Engineers/Tecnicians out there who have studied hard to get qualifications.  >:(Soory guys... rant over. :-[

I do agree! I have studied for years to gain qualifications only to have others names and regarded as the same...... but.............. i will let it all wash over me!

Looks really busy outside her shop, a car parked there would be a menace, and oh my god what if it wasn't taxed? The SPG would have to be deployed, now if there was bad parking outside a school I would agree with the heavy handed approach, but this is just another example of wrong priorities by the plastic robots employed on the cheap.
