There are some studies which claim that sugar can be as addictive as heroin.  Nicotine is more addictive than heroin.  Having gone through quitting both at separate times I feel for you right now, you must be going through hell.

Maybe doing some sport could help with a dopamine fix?  Also a good way of temporary relief from the fags is brushing your teeth

Really struggling with this no smokey  I have the E fag currently charging on the laptop .. Not getting the nicotine fix i need  Had to cut sugar out as of diabetic now so crawling the walls for a sugar fix and nicotine fix

the only thing I can say is please also steer clear from electronic fags.. I tried them and my body told that their chemicals are even worse than normal fags..

yep.. there many brands and lots of varieties.. which cant be controlled.. at least here they are uncontrolled

E fag costs more than a pack of tobac so im worse of , wondering why they dont prescribe the E fag ... not scientifically proven

That may point to you being sensitive to Propylene Glycol. Try juice with a higher Glycerine content. You're not using the cheapo market stall juices are you? Some of those are known to cause problems.

If it's costing more than tobacco you're being ripped off. We've saved over a grand since last Feb and that's buying baccy at under the counter prices.

Just read up on E fag and turns out cancer-causing substances (carcinogens)
are present in the top 2 market leading brands  Goin to go back to nursie for something else .

Maybe so, but the odds are far better with e fags than with normal fags.


Best of luck EMD keep at it. any change in your routine is going to be hard though. But hate those fags. They are trying to kill you. AND charging you for the privilege.

As cem suggests try Champix - SWMBO used it with the required effect (I used its predecessor)

S*it  Im thinking maybe some sugar free mints will keep me going  Just had a coffee with a sweetener , not too bad . Got some food here for you martin if you want it
