2 weeks still not had a smokie  :y Think i have done well considering i'd been smoking nearly 40 yrs . Breathing has improved and no longer weezing at night . Back to see the pharmacy on Wednesday to reduce the strength of patches and inhaler . Lost a bit of weight also with the diet  :)

Cheers mate  :y Still quite frustrating with the diet as i could kill a syrup sponge and custard  ::) but have a treat/meal out once a foughtnight with the money saved on tabs  :y

The nurse tells me that everybody succumbs to a treat now and again and provided it's not an everyday occurence there's no real harm in it.
Maybe have a syrup sponge as your fortnightly treat once in a while.

Went out with family to a pub dinner and had small steak with about 10 chips , 10 chips all i can have  :( a few weeks ago i had the rollie poly with custard for afters but resisted it this time . Agree and nurse did say to have a treat now and then , just not every day  ::) I have said i could easily have a cig but i know ill feel sick if i did so ill carry on cig/less  :y

Well done EMD, you've done great so far. I gave up a 20 a day habit nearly 40 years ago, and have felt so much better for it since. :y :y :y

Went to see nurse today and that meter thing you blow in has come down from 7 to 2  :o :y Well pleased with that she was . Think ive stubbed the habbit for good now , dont even crave for one after a meal  :)

Gold Leaf at 51p for 20. :y :y

When I was short of cash I'd often buy a packet of Players No6.......or even worse Players No10. :-\
