No chance  Its in storage like Mr Opti's . The exhaust is beginning to look rusty now

Week 5 , no fags still BUT passing through a cloud of smoke from smoker's smells good  Obviously im not anti smoking , still feel i could have one but resisting is easy . Gone on to lower strength patch now and using less of the inhalator

You should hopefully, be through the worst.
I stopped nearly 9 years ago, but still think under the wrong circumstances, it would be far too easy to start again!

The fagometer you blow into at the chemist is down to 2  I asked what was the highest she had seen , it was 58  . That reading was from a 60 a day smoker

2 months and still not smoking  On the lower dose patch now , went through a rough time and nearly cracked but persisted with it  It helps when you have a sexy nursie to see every 2 weeks

You've done it 7 years for me in fact we had friends for lunch who wanted to go outside for a smoke. I put an ashtray on the table and said "Our guests don't have to feel like pariahs" it doesn't bother me that a friend smokes. I am glad I gave up, 40 years too late but at least my lungs might be back to pink.

Im the same , i dont mind when people smoke around me outside but ive never smoked in the house anyway so wont allow that . Quite like a wiff of the smoke sometimes but im glad ive quit . Nursie gave me the lung blowy thing and its gone down to 1 , originally it was 8 
Sense of smell and taste is so much better now ... pity i cant eat a tub of ice cream to try the taste buds  diabetic  still i stubbed the stubbs
