My new office assistant
« on: 13 June 2008, 00:27:59 »

Went to my office (upstairs - next to my bedroom) this morning and this chap was wandering around:

He knew nothing about graphic design, so I sacked him on the spot.

P.S. No, I don't know where he came from either, but I think hope he was alone  ;)

P.P.S. I caught him and let him go in the woods at the end of the garden. Yes, I'm a softie. However, if he'd been a rat it would have been a different story. BTW, what is he, a field mouse, door mouse..?

I dont actually kow the difference, but have seen similar caught by a mate whose house backed on to a field.  So 1st thoughts is a field mouse.

The phrase field mouse has a number of sub species.....

I found that interesting, so I did a Google search. It seems that the Wildlife and Countryside Act only prohibits the release of animals which are not native to this country and so grey squirrels are specifically mentioned, since they are a US import. Anyone know any different?

I tried taking the other 1/2 for a drive, and leaving her somewhere but she finds her way back too. ;D ;D

Ah, yes, Debs. Must have been on a YTS scheme. Maybe I was a little harsh, but I didn't like his attitude much. Seemed very work-shy. Typical of the young today. ;) ;D ;D
