She is home.............
« on: 17 July 2014, 21:23:25 »

Well swmbo is home, 4 hours after the planned discharge time, so have been hanging around a lot today...... ::) ::)

She is tired and uncomfortable, but currently relaxing on a reclining settee holding a cushion to her chest in case she moves or coughs, shouting out in pain now and then....... :(

OK she has a long way to go, anticipated 12 weeks recovery with no lifting for 6 weeks, I told her I would buy her a lightweight Vacuum – I won’t repeat what she said........... :D :D

It is amazing really given all the complications just 6 days ago........... :y :y

My wife has a neck injury which stops her from lugging the full size vacuum up and down stairs. I bought myself a lightweight rechargeable Dyson so I could get the vacuuming done whenever I had a spare couple of minutes. The plan seems to be working - I don't know where it is right now so I guess SWMBO must have been using it  ;)
