Bored now.

Yep, me too

Been watching this and been tempted to dive in, but didn't see the point. How did a topic about sport turn into a political rant ?

http://www.indyrefanswers.com/

I had a quick look through this and in the currency section there is a link to this blog.

http://weegiewarbler.blogspot.co.uk/

He lists a number of African countries that he claims use Sterling unofficially.  I've been to, worked and done business in all of those countries except for Sierra Leone, Rwanda, and the Pakistani city of Mirpur in Kashmir, and I can confirm from first hand experience that all of those countries (Except Zimbabwe) have and use their own currencies.  ::)

He is talking complete and utter bollards and in fact Botswana's Pula is one of the strongest currencies on the African continent.  ;)  :)

Zimbabwe following their economic collapse use the US Dollar and South African Rand unofficially as the Zimbabwe Dollar is worth less than toilet paper!  ::)  I expect that you could buy things with sterling but not for small amounts.  ;)
