That is a very high reading. Most people wouldn't be able to stand up, let alone drive. But with an alcohol level that high and under the circumstances she was stopped, there's probably a long- standing problem there. I hope she gets help.

Years ago when my daughter was at primary/junior school the mum of one of her friends was constantly pi****d, used to keep vodka in the garden shed. We had to be really careful in case she ever offered to pick our kids up from school.

It is amazing when a driver who is so well over, especially with a female body, can even get the car to go forward!  But I know higher readings have been given, which staggers me.

Power to your professional elbow Jason and thank God we still have just enough traffic officers to catch these criminals with undoubtedly some terrible collisions avoided.  That may be another parent who the Family Liason Officer does not have to break very bad news to!

Could Child Endangerment be argued here?  I mean, if they can issue an international arrest warrant at the behest of a doctor whose nose was put out of joint surely this must pop on the radar too

whatever it is, wont be an easily sortable problem.. for the sake of community and family she must loose the license

Joking aside, losing your license and not driving are two different things Afterall, if picking your kids up in that state is acceptable in the eyes of the offender, then why wouldn't driving whilst disqualified (and therefore also uninsured) also be acceptable

Drink Drive...automatic ban
Disqualified driving...automatic prison sentence and longer with each subsequent offence

And do the same for Mobile Phone users.

Very frightening, to think how many others are driving around under the influence of drink/drugs. I also hate to see people on their mobiles either talking or texting, so many idiots around.. And yes well spotted Jason keep on catching these irresponsible fools.

You could argue that the limit is 40....as i believe you dont get prosecuted unless your 40 or over

I would think less than the 131....as it can only come down....as time goes on...

You could argue that the limit is 40....as i believe you dont get prosecuted unless your 40 or over

I would think less than the 131....as it can only come down....as time goes on...

Sometimes it can go up if the consumption of alcohol was heavy right up to the time the motorist started to drive. Food intake, or lack of it can also affect the reading of course.

I've ever only blown a 0.  I don't think he unzipped before I started (I was on an adrenaline rush) so assumed I blew the right thing
