Ah, apologies, thought everyone on here was
familiar sick of the
successful steady restoration of my Lady spluttering wonky idle of the mardy cow
http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=126671.0Symptoms-specifically now the symptoms are high idle slowly dying to approx 900rpm, and steady. (pretty sure normal on a cold V6) but then after a few mins, steadily rising to approx 1300rpm, then hunting from 1300rpm - 1800rpm approx.
Measures takes--Two replacement ICVs (one off Missy MV6s, and was in a working car presumably just a few weeks ago, the other cleaned out with carb cleaner, then lubed wih AC90)
-Checked for vac leaks. Changed all (but two) thin vac pipes and main vac hose. Blocking off the main vac hose and makes no difference, so shouldn't be a leak here.
-'Top hat' seal is damaged, new one on order from Vx, plus plenum bridge o-rings which enter the throttle body
(Probable)
Next step-Removing Plenum to check for bad seals there / trapped or split hose underneath.
Replace breather hoses, as some suspect, plus have good spares from Missy MV6
