I think I would go with a dob of tigerseal and let it cure,there ain't much that it won't bond together :y

We repaired ours, on the edge, with a Wilko puncture repair kit. Used nearly all the patches and glue, but it worked for my 17 stone + the unspecified weight of Woman...
