No problem. I've just checked the batteries in my UPS. :-X

EDIT: Glad to hear the alternator is sorted.

Hang on to the old one and I'll see if I can refurb it in case you have any more trouble. :y

I doubt it, probably cant get the heavy duty parts, as according to Kate's calculations it will be 1.22KW rated.  ;D

If anyone has any knackered 2.5/3.0 Bosch alternators I would be very interested as I have a plan to convert them to 24V operation....
