Interestingly for many years now I've thought 'what will replace my Omega' there is, of course, no replacement. But that simple criteria of 'it's about 10-15-20 years old. Quality. Saloon. Very well specced. Comfy. Reliable' for a while I've thought that a Volvo S80 maybe. But given the quantum leap with the current XF and XJ I'm thinking that sub-£1000 luxo-barge may be one of these, one day.  :)

In my opinion the XJ look far more classy than the XF. :y

The XF is a great car but the styling is dreary and reminds of the Lexus GS300. :-\

Lovely car :y and at 4.4 for the 0-60 sprint it's in the properly quick category, too.. that's a second faster than my M3 and in the real world you aren't going to be far behind a Lamborghini Gallardo..

..not that a gentleman Jaguar driver would ever take part in a traffic light Grand Prix, of course.

I still prefer XF's looks. But its growing on me.

Don't like the older ones. I'm not old enough for one of them

The local Funeral Director drives one of those, in black of course!  ;)  Although I did spot a set of red calipers peeping out from the alloys!  8)

He must get a good deal from Jaguar as all their hearses and limos are Jags as well.  :y  Here's a couple of horror vids of perfectly good Jags getting butchered!  :o  :D  ;D

All the 5.0 are supercharged or am I talking bollicks?

I was picked up in one from Dubai Airport, and politely asked the Driver to give it some, of which he obliged... I was underwhelmed........ until he said we were doing 110MPH and needed to slow down.  I thought we had achieved around 60.  It was sublime.

If I could afford one, I wouldn't buy one.... but, then again, maybe I would!  :-\

Land Rover/Jaguar, yes I can see why. But can it be gassed...?
