If memory serves this is exactly what a Dolomite Sprint chucked out some forty years ago. :y


Ford somehow managed to use the same dyno when they 'measured' the 2.8i V6 at 160hp. Although the 138hp of a late 3.0l is best considered as optimistic.


Alternatively, they just made up a cool number that was vaguely plausible.

I believe that DIN figures were more realistic than the SAE figures.

The yanks used to quote GROSS figures for power and torque.


True, they did. But how does this apply to European figures quoted after the change?

Need to get limo tint done gangster style . A lot of glass in these mpv's  ::) Will be taking all the rear seats out for starters so its more like a van  :)
