tired really tired....
« on: 24 July 2008, 21:59:32 »

I am really peeved off at some of fellow countrymen and women....i just approached a couple on a quad bike and enquired if the passenger needed to wear an helmet??? perfectly simple question...So why did i have to suffer a tirade of abuse from them both??? So i then do what i`m trained to do withdraw their invitation to be on site and ask em to leave to which the young SCROTE replies"f**k you i`m gonna kick ya head in!!!" anyway to cut it short they leave without any violence but i`m told to watch my back tonite as he will be back!!! with friends and they will do a number on me..All i want to do is WORK without fear of some low life making threats towards me...I even got an apology off a middle aged shoplifter this afternoon i arrested for theft from sainsburys"he was sorry for wasting our time!!!!" i aint happy tonight i`m tired feeling low after domestic problems and money problems cause i agreed to work a 36 hr shift.....i dont want to be here..... :'(

Unfortunately there are times in my Job when I have to tell people things that they do not want to hear, or even take actions that they really do not want to be taken. During these times I have to put up with lots of verbal abuse and often face several people who have ‘joined’ in and it can be quite intimidating, and as you say, I only want to do my job. :(

I used to be able to take all this in my stride, and I am very good at talking situations down, but it became increasingly hard work, once my health took a tumble. You have other worries on your mind and you are feeling tired, so are likely to be feeling  more vulnerable and  be less able to brush off, what are more than likely the typical idle threats. These being quite frequent from some sections of society who have little or no respect for any authority, until they need their help. Those lads would be the first to come running to you if some other scroat’s  stole their quad. >:(

36 hour shift, is that without sleep! Is that legal?

Cos I recognise you are feeling down I am not going to suggest the chase them off on your new gyro scooter.  :y :y :y

Please be careful Bertie; some of that type of 'nutter' can be dangerous as well as abusive.....don`t let your tiredness take you off guard for your personal safety.
Keep safe. :y

i`ve gotta say i aint moaning about the hours worked i knew what i was coming into after leaving comet...all i was not prepared for was the total lack of respect from GITS and SCROTES...i`m just feeling down at the moment plus i`ll lose the internet at midnight cause maccys switch it off at least i think they do cause all the lap top does is your connection timed out but the the cloud shows me as online??? and my msn sometimes logs on but at a reduced rate?? so it gets quiet and all i have is a radio that cant hold a station..my laptop still wont play dvds and i cant afford to go out and get one even though some are free(supposedly) but not to people who have bad credit history (i`m on a IVA) you know what they say dont ya???? DON`T EAT YELLOW SNOW!!!!! :D ;D
