Just overheard a snippet of conversation between SWMBO and her best friend, and she went on to say that although she wasn't feeling on 'top form' and that she had a busy week planned, she still didn't want me to do the weekly shopping....... even though I had offered!

There's just some domestic jobs that aren't suited to man, as she often thinks I'd come back with a trolley full of stuff that the supermarkets want you to buy, rather than what we actually need 

Phew, got out of that one  but I do help put it all away when she gets back with a boot full.

We do have butter  ..... spreadable, so almost real butter.

I put my foot down with a firm hand years ago if she wants fat free, she can buy it for herself ..... I want the real McCoy
