Quick Reply used on EE 149.254.YYY.YYY, and checked, no Parental On.

Only lets me do a Quick Reply if no one else has posted before I reply, ie get the Red Banner, then it doesn't work same issue.

If I then leave the Thread and come back I can do  a Quick Reply.

Hmmm, I reckon you're either getting proxied or isp filtered.

I have a theory, but will take a day or so to set the config back up, as I need to dash now
