Should he stay? Or should he go now?
« on: 28 July 2008, 19:11:38 »

Just watched the evening news , and was happy to discover that another Labour backbencher has made it known that he thinks Gordon Brown should resign.

Close allies of Gordon Brown have come to his defence, but really is it viable that he should stay , considering the poor performance of the Labour party in Glasgow East bi-election.

I think that for the sake of the Labour party it would be wise for Gordon Brown to resign. Although I don't know if a replacement would be any better.

On the other hand if the Tories win the next election I don't think they would be any better :(

What a dilemma. No wonder the voting has declined over the years :-/

He should go.

I fear our country may NEVER recover from the Monetary policy of the last 10-15 years.

TBH there's no alternative --- GB is a known blunder --- DC has just got the "I" and the "K" missing (think about it !) -- Lib Dems ?? Who IS in charge now ????

Mind you -- they have not (never??) been in power -- could they really do worse ???

What to do ????

Best bet would be to find some way to get a coalition government

I avoid politics like the plague. A:- it bores me sh*tless, dull grey people talking about other dull grey people. B:- No matter who gets voted in (which Brown was'nt) they break it all up & blame eachother like a bunch of schoolkids. I do'nt vote, i know unused votes go to someone or other so we all should but i just do'nt bother myself with it.
Sick & tired of politicians droning on, it has no bearing on my little life. I live in a little house, do a little job, have done for years, will continue to do so for years yet regardless of what they all do. Leave 'em to it..anoraks.
Only regret is that we pay for them to waste time, money & bore us all to death. ho Hum!!! ::)
