I once owned a manual Omega. :( :(

Rumour has it the gearbox comes from a Mack truck. :-\

My first Omega was a 2.5 V6 manual. I did about 70,000 miles in it.

I really, really miss being able to change gear when I want to - and being able to keep the engine on song.

That said - the gearbox is something you learn to live with not something that makes you smile each time you change gear.........

Nice to know they are rating omega now, I don’t recall much prase for any Vauxhall when I was growing up!
