Hey everyone . .thought I would say Hi . . . . I am the driver of the SL600 Twin Turbo, with the Plate BOL10K

I found this thread through a search on the internet (accident) . . .

My dad Drives an Omega, which I bought him last year with the Plate R38  ERT . . . and my name is Robert, so that was a nice touch (plate was already on the car . . luck!)

If my memory serves me correct, did you not take a picture with your phone? . . .I think I remember you looking  ..

If anyone is interested, the car has been modded.
It has an uprated ECU and Flow Air pack . . .Currently it is 616bhp and 912 NM torque . . . .tell you what though, It goes past everything . .except a petrol station . . humph!
In Feb (when the warranty runs out . .gulp! ) . . .it will get the full treatment . .717bhp and 1108 NM Torque . .apparantly that beats anything on the road for mid range acceleration . . .boy I cant wait to have my organs shuffled with! . .

nice if you can afford it ... trouble is once you've had a quick car, you just want more  ;)

but one of the best reg's for women was one I saw on a car heading towards London from Kent, exiting the M20 to join the M26 ...

B1TCH

... I bet that cost a bit, but ....  ;D

Hiya and welcome  :)

I did mess about with my phone......but it was new and never used the camera on it before....plus dark....and couldnt get the zoom function to work....so in fear of crashing into the back of you and getting pulled by the old bill for using a phone while driving i gave up  ::)

PS remember cambelts and tensioners need changing every 40k/4 years ......dunno if that applies to a SL600 tho

I saw BOL 10X on a 5 series Beemer in Ely about 6 months ago...I nearly crashed the truck from laffing so much!!  ;D ;D

And last week in St Ives (near Cambridge) I saw P19 STY on a pink Ford KA, and guess what it had on the rear shelf....a nice big collection of piggies  ;D ;D (not real ones!!  ;D )

Its amazing what people will do to make their car stand out from the rest....

I seem to remember it belongs to Steve Parish (ex bike racer and truck racer).
I spent a lot of time at race tracks when I was younger, can you imagine the look on a 13 year olds face after seeing that  ;D (was on a Mercedes 190 Cosworth at the time)
I thought it was highly amusing!!!
