Did the father in law's today....What a piece of piss compared to a meega!

Open drain plug, convieniently placed at the lowest point.

refit drain plug,

refil through the dipstick where you also check the level!

Ohhh why couldnt the omega be like that :(

You could always tap / helicoil one into the sump :y

I have Marie's old sumps in the garage for this very purpose.

I was thinking along the lines of welding a boss into them.

Thats your only real option, of course you need to put one on each!

Obviously can't change filter though, or clean magnet...

According to Mr Sassanach, he's never seen a blocked one...

I think there would be some benefits in a drain plug, bu either way I don't intend to touch my ATF for a long, long time - I hate the stuff ;D

Think you would be better braising a sump plug boss on rather than welding it
