We have had the Wii since xmas last year, and recently got the Wii fit....

what a laugh, so far we have lost collectively 10lbs between me and the wife, and i have to say i feel a lot better.

The Yoga is very good indeed, i have to say my legs are killing me tonight though

just a bit of friendly advice to all those involved. be careful. theres nothing more dangerous than a slighty unhinged hormonal bad tempered angry pissed off female. trust me. i'm on the settee until further notice.

Unhinged, hormonal or not in my experience if you end up on the sofa, you deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking only for myself of course, lol, when Im feeling slightly less than happy (!) there's generally a male involved somewhere :) :)

similarly when i'm pulling my hair out in frustration and shouting at the wall there is always a SWMBO getting in on the action ::)
