I've seen reports on Twitter that 5000 contract servicemen (regulars) have mutinied in Belgorod, Russia and are refusing to go to Ukraine!  :y

So the Russians have invaded their neighbour and thousands of people are dying. NATO troops are being reinforced in Eastern Europe, the free world are applying sanctions on Russia, prominent Russians and their interests. Vladimir Putin has effectively threatened the West with nuclear war and any other European country that tries to join NATO with 'military consequences', and the head of Britain's MI6 security service has time to tweet out about LGBT+ stuff.  Unreal...  ::)

Short of setting up an aid no fly or else corridor, then universal sanctions are the answer. Full on now not taking effect some date in the future. Boycott anything Russian , mass protests outside Russian embassies before their staff are expelled. Sequester black money houses and use them for refugees. 

Problem is that the rich non Russian folk would suffer if financial measures are taken. 

I wonder if Ukranians could blow up Nord Stream 1 ? That would get some attention though I note Germany has changed its stance from hats to lethal weapon aid.
