did some searches on the LPG forum for any possible solutions or suggestions but found nothing with omegas that had OMVL systems so i dont know how much use their site could be, but the only one with and OMVL that had an incorrect RPM signal was a volvo and replies suggested reconnecting the wire further down or further up, and changing the coil settings on the software, but whether or not that helps on an omega is anyone's guess

LPG systems are fairly complicated to back trace faults even for experts..

may sound stupid ( as it takes long time)

but one guarantee solution could be transferring a known working system to Dannies car..And checking if it works ok with the car..
May be an unknown issue with the engine exists..

or if some parts are interchangable (some must be) changing them one by one and checking the result.. (Just trying to help)

oops, deleted my post instead of editing!

i didnt post, just searched OMVL systems and omegas, closest link i could find was the Volvo with the same issue
