AF can be very serious
you are at a much higher risk of a stroke or heart attack
it needs monitoring and regular checks by GP
you can buy "fitness " watches that monitor your heart rate with a smart phone app for sub £20
……….
I have the watch but also have a Kardia Mobile gadget that records to the Kardia app. The benefit of the Kardia is that it saves your readings and you can send the history as a .pdf to a heart specialist/doctor. It’s far more accurate as well.
My "EL CHEAPO" watch records heart rate, sleep etc and records it to ab app by blue tooth
I'm too tight to pay for expensive apps and gadgets
I'd have a heart attack looking at my bank statement
so that makes the Kardia Mobile gadget & Kardia app counterproductive
if my cheap watch or blood pressure monitor show anything seriously abnormal then the hospital or GP can 12 lead me with the fancy toys the NHS wastes millions £££ on ,
i theory ...the tax/NI I pay means i'm "entitled" to NHS medical treatment
