Like almost every UK national Institution, it needs dismantling altogether and rebuilding from scratch.
I dont think this will be the end of the Beeb, but I do think its demise in its current form is inevitable in the foreseeable future. .
It just isnt fit for the world we now live in.

I see that he had a car and a chauffeur, paid for out of the licence fee, and he very often stayed in a hotel in London instead of travelling the 40 miles home each night, again at the expense of the licence fee.  ::)

My management chain aren't happy as they did multiple rounds of job adverts over about 10 months for my boss's job, but failed to find a female, ethnic lgbt+ person, and finally had to settle for a white, male, straight person.
