Greasy Spoon around WIM?
« on: 19 September 2008, 09:59:11 »

Off to Wheels in Motion later today, but fancy a greasy breakfast on the way. Anybody know of any decent ones around the High Wycombe area?

All the ones I used to visit when I worked around Chesham are shut.

From here, I'd go AYlesbury then A41 then Ashley Green to Chesham - M40 to Wycombe then across is a bit long winded.

Only non trendy food place I can thing of in Chesham now is ShiteDonalds :(

Other option is to go down M1, and stop at Jacks Hill Cafe (Towcester) or Super Sausage (Potterspury) - my own preference being the Super Saus, but thats further.  Jacks Hill is just a couple of hundred yrds up A5 from A43 roundabout, towards Daventry

Long way round that is.... shame all the little chefs shut too, that was always good for grease.

Dont go Bicester, go Buckingham to get to Aylesbury.  Satnav will have a fit as you fit Aylesbury due to road changes - use old technology - Signposts ;D (follow signs to Hemel)
