Yeah, seem to recall it was FF2 out of the FF browsers that were suffering.  But then NOBODY should be using FF2 now.

I'm purposely using IE6 tonight, the jumping has improved, but still goes to top of page after 1s, as it cocks up URL ;D

Interestingly I now get a tiny image where avatar should be saying

 no image found after 30 seconds, giving up

Not a problem as I block all avatars anyway, but that behavior is new.

Yes, its all part of the image resizing functionality (which is probably fixed if I dare turn it back on) which was very broken before.

Those voting IE7 No Change - is page still jumping, or is it a case it wasn't jumping before, so you are saying nothing has changed?

IE7 still a bit jumpy.

A lot faster than before the change a week or so ago, but more jumpy.

Overall I felt that the 1st change was an improvement, but did have some drawbacks. I can't see much difference at present to how it was earlier this week.
