Shall I go back to WIM?
« on: 23 November 2008, 18:47:04 »

Just wondering, I've done approx 2000 miles, maybe a tad more, since the WIM treatment.

I've read on here that some members have to go back for a 2000 miles check, but Tony didn't mention this to me.

Should I get in touch and pop back down there? I was thinking I could combine it with my new tyres...

That was his old pricing structure...included a free recheck after a few hundred miles.

I beleive not many took up this offer, and those that did generally didnt need any adjusting, so he discontinued that advice.

That was an offer he did before WIM set up in current location.  It was a service more for fine tuning racecars and drifters, and not something roadcars needed, esp those where he had already gained a good reference of settings.

So, no, it would be a pointless exercise I imagine - but you could always call and see his views :y
