Stop the CD.
Desktop.
My Computer.
Right click on the CD drive letter.
Explore.

Then just copy and paste it to somewhere that isnt a CD :)

All the free programs will only convert 1/2 or 2/3rds of the track unless I buy the damn things...and most will only rip direct from CD.

Have you not got windows media player, that has a 'rip' option that will create you an MP3.

The cda file you sent is useless sorry.
