Hotmail highjacked

One of our hotmail accounts was highjacked by a POS.

How do they break into an account?

Where do they get the passwords from?

Took me ages to delouse it and change PWs

She has a couple of sites she can't change address on - alse PW was too easy - but not now!

some attachments with the mail itself..if you click them, the working script collect many data from your pc..

even piccies..dont know how they do that..
