Do you do this?.
« on: 13 January 2009, 17:09:42 »

Whenever I park my Omega in a car park.................I always try and park next to new ....expensive ......undamaged cars.

This way my car tends to keep it's good looks......as people with new cars tend to be very careful with their expensive new purchase.

So far ...........has worked like a charm..........so far. :y

If you park between a J Reg Astra.........and a battered old Cavalier pound to a penny there's a big dent in you car when you come back from shopping ;D :D

Of course .........this does not mean that a woman with a brand new range Rover won't scrape the Omega.......as women can't park.....it's a fact. :y :y :y

I park in the parent and child bays, and before you lecture me, yes I have a kid, just not always with me...  ;D ;D

The soft toys and kiddy seat oin the back (occupied or not) deter any questions being asked.

I try to park as far from other cars as is humanly possible. I may try to get an end space, but will keep it so close to the end it leaves plenty of space.

I would not dream of parking anywhere near repmobiles like bmw and merc as often they are company cars and could not care less.
And don't even think of parking near a4x4.

Yes I end walking a bit further than most, but being honest I could do with the exercise.

Mike

Sorry should of mentioned most of the car parks round here have hedges and kerbs at the end, white van man a tad more careful here.

Where there are plenty of spaces I park down the middle of 2! :-? I  avoid the end space just incase it could be clipped by White van manin his Sprinter/etc cuttting corners.
