Ok, I understand magic boxes, super fluids etc, where you have to install it round the engine and run, dreaming that the consumpion will go down. It will - all you have to do is believe
I can also understand that ionizer is good for our bodies, but how come an ionizer installed in the cabin can reduce CO2 or improve power?
