I'll be tossing a few off later.

Nick  :

4 oz flour
2 eggs
pinch salt
1/2 pint milk
1 tablespoon melted butter

mix that lot up and you have a nice batter.

Always used to just use one egg.

Found yorkshires and panckaes nicer with 2  :P
