The only person to blame is that pillock who wrote the pisspoor linux kernel.

I nearly caught it in time this time, another few seconds, and I would have saved it from dying.

I need to apologise to the server for shouting at it.  If it had been in its proper place underneath the bench, it would have got a kicking, but I'm not fit enough to kick it in its current position.

Still, its not the hardware's fault, it was, as usual, Linux being its usual gay self.

"Was it I whom broke it?"

Debs - this is not an entrance exam to Oxbridge, it's a forum trying to push back text speak.

Slack out FFS - " Was it me that breaked it?" would have been equally effective and possibly better use of today's Queen's Engllish.  :y

Chill out fella, having a go at someone who has made the effort to learn how to use the worlds greatest language correctly smacks of inverted snobbery tbh.
(iirc, the good dame also speaks at least 4 other languages, personally I admire intelligence and dont see why it should be mocked.) ;)

Personally, I should not wish to see the beauty of Chaucer, Milton and Shakespeare`s (and indeed, the Queen`s) English, replaced by the scant-brevity of MSN and 'Nokia-speak'.

For better or worse, I write here, as I think and speak.....and, as a woman of 'ever maturing years'; I think that trying to change my style of speech and syntax in an effort to "slack out FFS", might indeed expose me to yet further ridicule.
