i checked round the house this morning and as you all know ive been having problems with druggies down the side of my house hence why i put cameras up

i found another ruddy needle
ive called the police AGAIN and told them about it and they said they will be out after to collect it

then i asked the question
"what would happen if i was to find some druggie dead from a over dose down the side of my house"

police then said i would be liable for it as it is on my property

i said is there anything i can do apart from putting a ten foot wall all round my house and they said not really i can only really contact the police if i see them on my property and then the police will move them on to someone else's property

which is looking like now ive gotta give sleep up to basicly protect myself from being sent down for a crime i never done

i was thinking today about building a hut and tiling it and making it really clean and rentting it out to them.. its starting to look like the only way i wont get done

forgot to add that the police didn't even ask for video footage this time

So some junkie overdozes and its your fault ..... i dont belive that for a minute .
I have a quite big garden so if a junkie kills himself in my garden its my fault ??

Would love to see them try and stick that on someone .

fraid so as its my property i'm liable for everything that goes on fault of mine or not

i know someone who got down when a burglar broke into this old womans house and cut his arm open on the broken window and she got done for it

just saw the news and there is an old school that they are having to leave the lights on incase vandals break in and hurt themselves

The law IS an ass but i cannot belive that you are liable for that ... someone goes into a corner of my garden , kills themselves and its my fault   .... thats just bonkers .... are you ment to sit up 24hrs a day and take them tea or something, make sure they are ok etc   .... seriously though i would be questioning that statement made by the police officer

i'm so angry it put me in tears when the police told me i'm liable

i know what they look like i might drag them on to the old t**ts garden next door and kick the living day lights out of them and let him take the wrap for it

Ok this is just a thought, I dont know the exact layout or anything but how about rigging up some kind of garden sprinkler system set up with a PIR the kind of thing you get on garden lights so every time somone goes down the side of you house after a set time at night, they get very wet!

You are not harming them so you can't get done but I would think after a week of two they wouldnt even bother to come back?!?!?!

that could be a good idea
instead of a pir going to a security light it could goto one of those water timer things which plug into the mains
when the pir is activated it turns the water timer on shooting the water out
