makes you so angry that people have to go onto other people property to inject them selves with crap for the fun of it
i can't understand why they do it

why can't they do it in there own homes
it aint as if there is any shelter down the side of my house its all open they try and hide down a corner between the wall and a bush

thats guarranteed to get you into trouble.  Stick with the water idea.  I was thinking does the wall on that side have a gutter?  If so drill a few holes in it and put a water feed up there on the PIR

nah no guttering on there its just a brick wall and a bush and a small wodden fence

Nick... In light of your current health, leave it well alone! Put a sign up stating that the area is covered by Recorded CCTV and leave it at that... Unless you can fence in the said area?

If one did o/d on your property , you are NOT responsible for the death ,its simply that as it occured on your property they have to investigate it as they would ALL cicumstances surrounding a death. The solution is easy, if it does happen, drag the f*cker outside and leave him on the pavement . If it were me caught someone doing that on my property I know damn well what I'd do and sod the law. Most coppers arent going to side with the druggy scrotes anyway, tho in all seriousness , you do have to be careful with retribution from them and I take the view of doing the right thing / follow the law first, but if you get no joy....Remember a few years back when we had a lot of trouble with underage drinkers/ druggies / vandalism and slowly but surely police response time got worse and worse. Amazing how quickly they got here when we got one and told them that if they didnt respond sharpish we were going to beat the c*ap out of him and that it was their call though...

Sorry mate, shouldve edited my last post, its just that this sort of thing makes my blood boil . In reality, the most important thing is to keep you and yours safe and not to endanger yourselves. Keep pushing through the "right" channels and I'm sure that you'll get a result in the end.

might print some off and get them laminated

Hi Nick,

If someone enters your property while you are unaware (Eg, asleep) and harms/kills themselves through substance misuse, it's not your problem.

Naturally the Police would need to investigate the death and you may well be questioned as part of that process - but that doesn't mean you would be liable for the guys death.

If you are reporting these sharps being dumped, but are not seeing any proactive police action to try and combat/reduce this, then you need to escalate this within your local Safer Community Team at West Mids Plod.

Your best bet would be to put a phone call in to Inspector Andrew Bullman, who can be contacted on 0845 113 5000 extension 7881 6229. *

He is in charge of your "neighbourhood area"  (Walsall) and can allocate resources to deal with your problem. You can also ask him to confirm whether or not your issue is a neighbourhood priority, and ask what action is being taken to tackle it.

In addition, you could also have a friendly chat with him about the information given to you by the Constable. If it transpires he did give out bad info, the Insp. will be able to set him straight without dragging him through the brown stuff known as Professional Standards...
