It's rust converter, basically phosforic acid. Same as milkstone remover (and half the price of Jenolite!).

Call Ambulance and Police
Stay calm and touch as little as possible

If it happens there will be an investigation but you will be in the clear

In all seriousness I wouldn't be touching them to check for vital signs if there is the slightest chance they have needles on them.   Just call the cops.

I've always got latex gloves about so I'd just don a couple of pairs and check vitals... Purely because these idiots will have a family who don't deserve the upset of loosing a loved one... Just a few minutes could be the difference between life and death.

I suppose that's just me though... I tend to put others before me whenever possible

the law is a total ass, ive had enough of it now, both my sons have been mugged and beaten and each time according to the police the cctv was not working. even though the samalians kept saying no comment when questioned they got off. the best thing you can do is get a few m8s and wait for them to go down the alley and make it clear to them its going to stop. the only way these people will listen is to make yourself heard. ive no time for the law in this country no more. if it affects me or my family i am the law.

I can see both sides of the argument here but I prefer to keep the correct side of the law... It just makes life easier

That said, I can be a little intimidating when needed and it normally will sort most problems

Just to add - I recently had an experience whereas a guy had a (unfounded) civil disagreement with me. I told him to take it up in a small claims court and not to contact me anymore. I put this in writing to him.

Said person continued to text me, telling me he would attend my address whether I liked it or not, that I'd "Be Sorry" and that he'd "see me soon".

Within an hour of his text, he had a first stage harassment warning served on him, meaning if he continued with the contact or indeed did turn up, he would be arrested and probably charged with harassment.

It worked, and knocked the situation on the head VERY quickly.

I agree there are failings and disappointments - no argument - but all in all, I think the law does work

when your son goes over the park to play football and comes back looking like this it breaks your heart, but to be told no charges will be brought as it could stir up racial problems it tends to pi$$ you off, but when it happens 3 times thats when you have to say enough is enough. if it was the other way round there would of been charges and thats a fact.

In my limited experience, I cannot see anyone "not being charged" purely on the basis it will cause racial hatred.

Did the plod specifically say they would not investigate your complaint because it would cause racial hatred?

honestly james, that was what we was told, yeading borders on southall and theres gangs on both sides of the fence. black and white. last yr i know of a kid who got mugged and his dad found them, both got beaten half to death. no charges were brought. they just probably moved to another area to mug someone else
