Not signed.
I do feel that a lower speed does make the journey more plesant. The other benefits are it is kinder to the car and any pedestrians around and more fuel efficent. Driving at a faster speed does not always mean you get to your destination any faster. I enjoy driving and running a larger car instead of a small car and part of that driving experience is the quiet and comfortable, not rushed ride that going slightly slower you can enjoy ;)

I tend not to run around & i tootle along at 50/55, but i do like the thought that if i needed to i could go just that little faster.
What's next, the 70 limit on dual carrage ways & M roads :-/ :-/ :-/
