Insignia on the road.....
« on: 11 April 2009, 17:52:08 »

,has anyone actually seen one out there?? :-? :-? :-?

Since testing the Insignia saloons last year, and now being sent a special promotional package (what a waste of money when GM are struggling!!) about the Sports Tourer launched yesterday (10th April), I have not seen any of them on the road! :o :o :o :o

Are they selling; how many of you have actually seen one?? :-? :-?

Ther are 3 of them down here in cornwall. 2 black and 1 dark grey, think the dark grey is a lease hire.

It's good that so many of you have seen them, so GM must be selling them; they need to! ::) ::) :D ;)

Perhaps it is just me, but as I have said I have yet to see one around Ashford which is very surprising. :o

Had a test drive around the block (2 miles) a few weeks ago, 2.0CDTI 16v(160PS) Manual, hatchback. Plenty of torque, engine a little noisy compared to Ford diesels, headroom in the back not as good as an Omega, by a long way. Also the trim was very dark, in fact too dark if you go for the black option, (inside of a coffin).
Loads on the road around here, they do look very good.
Sorry not a Omega replacement !!!
