i just wish they took the same stance with rapists, child molesters & murderers & kept them in full term without time off for good behavior :(

I reckon he will be dead within a fortnight now.

I can see both sides here, no reason to let him out, as per JS, also not really a reason to keep him in, hasnt long to go, is a big drain on prisons and nhs.  Yes im too young to remember the crime, but am well aware...ive seen Buster  ;D  and know it caused a death.

I suspect the prospect of 'imminent release' has been keeping him going, and now thats gone, I Suspect he will join it.

Yes, it's remarkable what they'll do when their backs are against the electoral wall ::) ::)

The man should have not been considered in the first place!

Personally believe that, once commited to a custodial term (or any other punishment for that matter) it's a mite late for good behaviour to surface !!!
