I would guess the omega is a little larger.

parkers will have the dimensions of each...

lots of rover measurements...here is one

820 Si 4d        4880 mm        1970 mm        1390 mm        1425 kg

so rover a bit smaller

Parkers is always a great reference for things like that, may not be fully accuarate  :-/  but a good starting point  :y

which makes the wife full of $hit. I want to do some work under the Omega, but i cant rush  because i don't know how I'm going to feel one day to the next . A mate has offered us the use of his Rover but swmbo being a proper blond she cant drive a Rover because its too big  (I hope she doesn't read this she hates being stereo typed ))  :D

Having owned several 800's, the Omega does feel a larger car. I noticed the extra kilo's straight away :'( Think i may do a total strip out & just leave the driver's seat & steering wheel, that'll bring the weight down ;D

If she can drive the Omega she can certainly drive the Rover, much lighter car given similar size..... ::) ::) ::)
